Caseboard solution is marketed through individual licenses per machine (Desktop PC or Notebook) installed in corporate networks, in a Windows environment. You can choose between perpetual license acquisition or SaaS, Software as a Service by monthly subscription. Once the system is installed, it is necessary to configure access to the databases with prior permission from network and database administrators, enabling read-only access to said bases for queries and searches.

30-hour online course for users/analysts who will use the tool, including all functionalities and resources.

Caseboard implementation team maintains a full-time analyst at the contractor’s premises, on weekdays, 6 hours a day, working together with the internal team on real day-to-day cases, monitoring and adapting, ensuring the full adequacy of the Caseboard research projects and information analysis.
